Terms of Service

Scope of work

Every engagement begins with a written proposal describing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

Projects are typically invoiced 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch, unless the proposal states otherwise.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the design and content of your website. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions at the design stage. Further rounds are billed hourly.
